• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in structured programming, web applications, and database operations required
• Proven track record in completion of development projects, debugging, and maintenance required
• Proven track record of responsiveness to users required
• Minimum of 2 years as a team lead in group of developers in .NET environment preferred
• Knowledge of Tridion Content Management Systems preferred

• Develop structured applications programs. Document the applications and enable other team members to be able to maintain them.
• Provide detailed design work based on business requirements and if applicable its integration into APA’s Service Oriented Architecture.
• Design database schemas to support programming efforts.
• Assist and mentor beginning application developers.
• Evaluate new information technologies/systems/programming tools.
