Position Description
SRC is seeking a signals intelligence analyst to support government management in national SIGINT requirements daily operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
* Develop and implement methods for quality assurance and quality control of SIGINT requirements * Specific duties include: de-conflicting requirements; identifying and eliminating duplicate requirements; coordinating with worldwide intelligence community members; examining for appropriateness for SIGINT collection and recommending alternative intelligence disciplines when indicated; checking requirement format, content and classification; customer support, feedback and outreach; requirement management group design and development; and creation of customer accounts * Research may be required to perform quality control and assurance functions * In the event of crisis or upcoming world events, the SIGINT Analyst will identify possible gaps in requirements and inform the program manager of recommended actions * Interface with the SRC program manager, government contracting officers representative, government management personnel, customer agency representatives and representatives from intelligence community organizations * Assist the program manager to ensure the successful (quality, timely and profitable) performance of contractual commitments * Assemble significant facts on current SIGINT requirements and reporting against those requirements to various inter or intra-agency meetings
Position Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years SIGINT experience * Experience in requirements management and/or development, collection management or operations, analysis and SIGINT reporting * Expertise in one or more SIGINT-related disciplines, ELINT and/or COMINT experience desired * Experience in data analysis and relationship mapping; presentation development, research and analysis techniques; writing; and working with the intelligence community * Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills including the ability to write progress reports, make oral presentations and to implement or influence implementation of operating standards, policies and procedures throughout the intelligence community * Working knowledge of the SIGINT requirements and associated tools is required * Experience in working with diverse groups is desired
Security Requirements
An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and current FS or CI polygraph are required.
