Duties:

    Provide PM/CM Consultant Services for vertical Public Sector projects and K-12 (DSA) schools.
  • Manage Assistant Resident Engineers, inspection personnel, and quality assurance staff.
  • Assign and oversee field personnel tasks.
  • Prepare and lead progress meetings and reports.
  • Monitor contractor progress and compliance.
  • Coordinate utility relocations.
  • Act as prime field contact.
  • Maintain, review, and approve, accurate and timely project reports and records.
  • Manage project closeout.

Abilities:

  • Foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Work independently, make effective decisions, and solve field problems.
  • Coordinate with various agencies and departments.
  • Proficient in civil components and Caltrans construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional approach at developing strong client relations.

Qualification Requirements:

  • BS degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the Education/Division of State Architect (DSA) market is required.
  • Experience with Design-Build and Design Bid-Build methods preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience desired; seven (7)+ years will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam required.
  • Working knowledge of P6, and Procore preferred.
  • Pro-active, personable, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and assist with applicable tasks.

Benefits: Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $128,871-$186,000/year.
