Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Tampa, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Ensure that Client documentation is properly recorded within Clients' system (SharePoint ).
  • Assisting the project and cross functional teams with all matters in connection with the keeping of records and expediting progress for any nonconformance's, design changes, Testing results & approvals.
  • Setting up and maintaining those records necessary for the project to gain Acceptance of the System and making those records available to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting core project team with various tasks including support in the field with contractor management as needed.
  • Keep and manage record of RFI (Request for Information) and the resolution of interfaces.
  • Monitor the timely resolution of identified request for information/Interface activities to the program and report to the Project Management Team.
  • Track and manage snag list for the project and be the interface with all subsystem groups.
  • Review and update weekly project schedule KPIs with team, update progress trackers as required.
  • Ensure that comments received are dispatched and answered in a timely manner by respective lead. Liaison with the Project Core Team. Maintain co-ordination of the submission and interface resolution process to the project.
  • Liaise with contractors for memos, meeting minutes and track coordination between all stakeholders . Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and operational activities.
  • Manage Daily Action, Progress, Documentation & Material Trackers, and ensure planning/ look ahead schedules are aligned with Primavera baseline completion target dates.

Pay rate: $26.45 - $28.80/hour, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, M-F, Day Shift

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.

Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:
  • Business Administration Degree
  • Experience in Project Management, Document Control and/or Business Administration
  • Experience in a Business or Retail environment
  • Experience utilizing MS Office, Including Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint.
