The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a Salesforce product and platform expert. This position works across several business clusters within AAMC to understand needs and collaborate with IT colleagues on the Salesforce team to address them with viable and sustainable solutions. This is a hands-on role and will require participation in the active configuration of the platform components as needed. Key duties and responsibilities include:
Serve as primary system administrator for a Salesforce.com environment with 150+ users and over 21k Community Hub portal users.
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine operational tasks.
Collaborate with teams to update, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce Community solutions based on requirements from stakeholders on the Partner and Customer Community using the Force.com
Create and administer forms using the Form Assembly tool
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Assist in resolving Salesforce integration challenges with other SaaS applications and resolve data discrepancies.
Assist with data import requests from business units and identify potential issues with data stored in Salesforce
Prepare architecture documentation and diagrams such as data flows across integrations
Support business customers by researching, identifying, and leveraging enabling technology.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Work with the organizational management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Represent stakeholder interests and coordinate their initiatives in line with road map objectives
Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and application development teams
Create and maintain JIRA user stories to ensure accurate documentation and perform technical grooming

Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, Flow, Process Builder, Workflow, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Experience with nonprofit processes preferred
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment preferred
Previous experience with Nimble AMS desired
Remote Work Eligibility
This position is eligible for remote work in the contiguous USCompensation Grade Range and Mid-Point
Grade Range:$93,500.00 - $173,700.00/ Grade Mid-Point:$133,600.00The above annual compensation range and mid-point are general guidelines. For candidates who meet the criteria, the AAMC's compensation philosophy is to target the midpoint of the salary range. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations.
If a bachelor's degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
