Job Description

We are looking for a Controller within our Heat Exchangers business. Your main focus will be on providing financial support, as well as challenging the management and functions. You will be at the center of our financial planning, controlling and management reporting.

This job offers a wide range of interesting and exciting project work, tasks, and responsibilities in an international environment. The job is with report to the Senior Director, Heat Exchanger Finance.

Job Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

  • Analysis and controlling of monthly results, preparation of management information
  • Support the line organization in areas of finance and drive cost awareness
  • Ensuretransparency, predictability and stability in the financial results to support decision making.
  • Business analysisacross the value chain -e.g.presenting financial performance results, policies and recommendations enabling appropriate business decisions.
  • Facilitateand drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Background & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field
  • 1+ years of experience in finance and controlling
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills together with the ability to guide, influence and convince others.
  • As a person you are a team player who is used to work successfully in a matrix environment.
  • You are highly motivated by improving financial performance, well organized and efficient.
  • Understanding of ERP and BI systems
  • Fluent and comprehensive English

As a person,you like tobehands-on and possess strong analytical skills. You have a high degree ofintegrityandit is easy for you to translate financial information into an accessible language to colleagues. You have natural drive for results and a proven track record serving as an entrepreneurial business partner to senior management within an international organization, with increasing responsibility in financial management.
