About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our in-building RAN projects, with specific expertise in the deployment of Ericsson's DAS.

What you will do:

Project Leadership: Lead and handle in-building RAN construction projects, with a focus on the deployment of Ericsson's DOT system, from initiation to completion. Ensure alignment to timelines, budget, and quality standards

Material/Scoping: Build complete BOMs by resolving the best materials suited for the project or environment, such as j-hooks, hangers, inner-ducts, grounding, connectors, power, fire rated penetrations, coring, etc.

RF Design Collaboration: Work closely with RF design teams to understand project requirements and provide valuable insights during the RF design phase. Assist in identifying optimal locations for small cells and other RF components, with a specific emphasis on Ericsson DOT system requirements

Team Management: Provide strong leadership to construction teams, including project managers, site supervisors, and service providers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Technical Guidance: Lead all aspects of the deployment of in-building RAN systems, including Ericsson DOT, small cells, DAS, BDAs, and other relevant technologies, ensuring optimal coverage and capacity, and must possess the ability to solve the system

Quality Assurance: Implement and carry out quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in construction and installation of in-building RAN components

Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, customer, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless project delivery

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in construction projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to maintain project timelines

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the construction process

Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior management

Facilities: Has experience with multiple types of venues, such as commercial office buildings, industrial factories, warehouses, airports, stadiums, arenas, governments buildings, and hospitals

The skills you bring:

  1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on in-building RAN systems and hands-on experience with the deployment of Ericsson's DOT system is preferred.
  2. Consistent record of successfully leading construction teams and running complex projects.
  3. In-depth knowledge of in-building RAN technologies, including small cells, DAS, BDAs, and related components. Specific experience with the Ericsson DOT system is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customer.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Base Salary starts between $114,900 to $143,600, with a 6-10% annual bonus structure
