Job Description
Responsibilities

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by administering day-to-day human resources functions. This
includes compiling and maintaining HR records, monitoring and reporting compliance with regards to The Joint Commission/DOH
regulatory standards and providing supporting documentation/information to third party vendors regarding unemployment,
protected leave, and disability. Reviews and coordinates all staff status changes and other staff transactions. Processes invoices.

Assists with special projects as required by the Human Resource Director, such as educational programs.





Qualifications

Position Requirements


Education/Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, equivalent experience will be considered
2-4 years of administrative experience, Human Resources preferred

Skills
Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Expert in all Microsoft Office Applications and database, including running reports
Strong Organizational Skills
