Starting pay $74,000

This position will be fully in-person and will report to Didlake's headquarters in Manassas, VA.

The Contract Analyst I is responsible for contract administration to ensure that customer, department, and corporate goals are met. This position provides support to the operations and Contract Management Team (CMT) by developing contract prices and budgets, analyzing information, watching for trends, providing reports, and making sound recommendations on how to improve contract performance within assigned budget/pricing limitations through maintaining and organizing contract information systems. An integral part of this position is managing the development of contracts concerning estimating, pricing, subcontracting, and operating budgets.

  • Supports the administration of contracts primarily through post-award/performance activities.
  • Creating Proposals for task orders (TOs) and Managing Smartsheet to track TOs to completion.
  • Assist with compiling information for Request for Equitable Adjustments (REAs).
  • Completing updates of contract information in Costpoint, internal drives, and hard-cover contract books.
  • Support the accurate estimating of labor and assessing capabilities-based industry standards of service contracts.
  • Supports the regular Contract Deliverables Report & Contract Management Dashboard to ensure the correct information is captured.
  • Assist in proposal production, hard and soft formats.
  • Supports the development of pricing for the department, translating direct and indirect costs into a total price proposal and other internal and external forms and schedules.
  • Analyzes production labor hours, proposed material and equipment costs, overhead rates, and estimated profits for purposes of determining price reasonableness and establishing target objectives for a strongly recommended basis of negotiation.
  • Supports the development of the department's operational budgets.
  • Supports contract administration actions to ensure accurate and timely responses to the Federal Government contracting activities regarding contracts, orders, modifications, contract delivery, and renewals.
  • Responsible for the development and management of contract documentation, performance measurement, reporting for contract administration activities, and contract files in accordance with regulations and policy.
  • Participates in the corporate Contract Management Team, which has the responsibility of reviewing all contracts post-award.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships and open lines of communication as a primary point of contact for Didlake with SourceAmerica staff and government agencies regarding contract administration actions.
  • Assists in the evaluation of such items as invoice payments from the government and to subcontractors, government compliance with contracts, terms and conditions, price, and delivery delays.
  • Monitors subcontract deliverables and tracks CostPoint for subcontract renewals.
  • Participate and provide support for solicitations as assigned through the Proposal Management Team process.
  • Responsible for fostering a positive team spirit and producing quality work.
  • Responsible for appropriate conduct and/or demeanor as dictated by Didlake policy and procedure.
  • Completes required paperwork and/or documentation.
  • Completes and maintains all required Didlake training.
