Position Summary

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform office-related duties and project work in support of Administration Department operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and demonstrates best practices in securing confidential information.

Essential Job Functions

Chief Legal Officer and Administrative Officer (CLO/CAO) Support:

    Perform administrative functions associated with preparing, executing, tracking, and filing correspondence and documents.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative functions as assigned by CLO/CAO.

Contracts Support:

  • Compile contract related data and maintain historical information.
  • Store and maintain electronic correspondence.
  • Input data necessary for non-disclosure agreement preparation.
  • Oversee signature process and document execution within Docusign.

Human Resources Support:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in HR systems.
  • Assists HR Director with special projects.
  • Assist with other administrative and office management duties as requested.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have at minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Desired/Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with a federal contractor
  • Administrative/office work experience.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office

Working Conditions:

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm,however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.

Physical Requirements:

May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation:

Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
