- Provide management, coaching and mentorship to those who report to this role to maximize team's health and effectiveness, and to optimize individuals' career growth.
- Partnerwith stakeholdersto plan and develop roadmaps, coordinate technical and resources planning and acquisition.
- Executetechnical strategies to ensure that there is observability, stability, and scalability for the platforms they are responsible for.
- Provide thought leadership on modern software development best practices and can provide technical guidance and hands-on development and problem-solving assistance.
- Lead the craftsmanship, architecture, security, availability, resilience, scalability, performance, and cost effectiveness of the team's solutions.
- Leverage adeep understanding of front end andback-endarchitecturesto develop high availability applications operating in a 24 x 7 environment.
- Leadspecial projects and performs other duties as assigned.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, softwareengineering,andtechnical writing or equivalent experience.
8years ofrelevant experienceis required.
Experience developing enterprise platform.
Experience developing systems using Information Engineering techniques.
Strong knowledgeonAWS, Serverless,event driven architecture, microservicesetc,.
Strong knowledgeonJavaScript, Node.js, Java or Python, JavaScript frameworkI.e.React,VUE.js etc.
Strong knowledge on RDS, NoSQL, Kubernetes, ECS etc.
Working experienceon DevOps, Agile, CICD, and infrastructure as code
