Health Fitness Program Manager

A healthy work life balance is essential:
  • Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • 4 days a week - 10 hour shifts
  • Paid holidays!
  • You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3+ years experience in the fitness industry
  • 1 year supervisory experience
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
  • ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Fitness Manager:
  • Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
  • Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
  • Manages all aspects of fitness center operations, to include operating budget
  • Represents Corporate Fitness Works through communication with the client and CFW leadership, to include creating reports and attending meetings
  • Ensures quality of incentive and well-being programs to exceed client expectations through member engagement
  • Creates and maintains a supportive, friendly, team environment where respect is demonstrated, contributions are recognized and process improvement is expected
  • Oversee group movement program and lead new and innovative group exercise classes
  • Communicate expectations and support team development
  • Support CFW culture and initiatives
