Partnership development & retention-Demonstrate outreach for new partnership opportunities, and maintain ongoing participation in current partnership activities.

Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Compliance Oversight- Ensure staff data collection compliance. Review ETO data reports mid-month, and provide staff guidance as needed to ensure target goals are met. Provide input for data points related to program improvement and ensure staff training is provided in a timely manner for new touchpoints and/or issues that arise.

Staff guidance and support - Meet with staff consistently and provide leadership updates, guidance and support to meet program goals. Work with staff individually, as needed, to ensure service delivery is consistent and timely, regarding case loads and new applicants. Provide community resource supports and updates to staff as needed.

Program Planning and Implementation- Collaborate with program team, leadership, and/or partners to develop and schedule new cohort opportunities and expansion. Maintain collaboration with external partners who provide routine/ongoing resources or training, to determine new cohort dates; status of current cohort attendance; or changes to process; etc.

Monthly & Quarterly Reporting: Complete monthly and quarterly Report templates. Monitor budget expenses, and grant requirements, if applicable - including invoicing and/or ordering of supplies. Distribute reports to designated points of contact
