Master Scheduler / Program Scheduler (PM DCATS)

Job Description
Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler / Program Scheduler. The Scheduler will lead and manage all PM DCATS Program Office Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) activities using ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) as a transition away from Microsoft Project, Project Web Access, and Excel spreadsheets, to manage tasks and run reports.
- Develop, maintain, and provide configuration control for Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across all lines of effort using ServiceNow
- Ensure consistency of schedule information across acquisition documentation in the project office
- Provide support as required to the development of various schedule products for program briefings, acquisition documentation, budget submissions, and cost estimates
- Develop and maintain a schedule change log as required for program schedules
- Review contractor IMS submission and provide analysis in support of monthly program management reviews, design reviews, status meetings, and Integrated Baseline Reviews
