The Role in Brief:
Senior Director, Creative Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Creative Operations to spearhead the creative endeavors of the Adult Learner Recruitment's Program Marketing division. This division is at the forefront of designing and delivering highly scalable, data-driven marketing solutions that forge meaningful connections between our +100 college and university partners and their prospective students. Reporting directly to the VP of Program Marketing, the Senior Director of Creative Operations will be a pivotal leader, overseeing the multimedia design team, content strategy, copy teams, and digital marketing teams. We seek an exceptional people manager with a strategic and operational mindset, fueled by a passion for scaling creative initiatives and cultivating high-performing teams.
This hire may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $123,000 - $142,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
