Partnerships is one of the key focus areas of GuidePoint Security's growth strategy. As the Vendor Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in promoting GuidePoint Security as the premiere cybersecurity solution provider among our vendor partner ecosystem. You will work with corporate marketing, regional marketing, sales and our vendor relations management teams to support and execute strategic marketing plans to and through our vendors to drive opportunities in support of our vendor marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and Vendor Relations Management teams to execute cross-functional campaigns with vendor partners
  • Support "to-partner" marketing campaign plans and content promoting the value of GuidePoint Security to the vendor community, including newsletters, events, value messaging, social media, webinars, case studies, blogs, surveys, PR, etc.
  • Develop sales plays in conjunction with marketing programs to align with strategic business objectives and growth initiatives
  • Establish close working relationships with strategic vendors to collaborate on initiatives
  • Evaluate and improve existing GTM marketing strategies with vendors
  • Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies and report the results
  • Support vendor events strategy including planning, pre-event campaigns, onsite support and tracking of response metrics

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years channel/vendor marketing experience in the cybersecurity space
  • Demonstrable experience creating and executing demand gen marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining vendor satisfaction
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends and solutions is desirable
  • Some travel may be required
