Responsibilities

The Associate Chief Engineer (ACE) is responsible for overseeing integration of external mission partners within the office. This requires knowledge of the enterprise architecture, specifically the external interfaces, and familiarity with data formats to ensure the mission partner's data arrives within the office's architecture and is readily available to our end users. The ACE will provide technical oversight and guidance for all projects related to the external interfaces of the office as well as integrating new sources.

Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Engineering, or related technical experience field such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
  • 18+ years of experience in government or industry in related work, including DoD/IC acquisition process, requirements process, PPBES process or engineering of large complex systems of systems, or SOA/cloud environments.
  • 12+ years of experience with the Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
  • 10+ years of experience with technology insertion, assessment and evaluation.
  • 8+ years of systems engineering experience for GEOINT systems, services and products.
  • 8+ years of experience managing systems interfaces and end-to-end systems integration.
  • 5+ years of project management or team leadership experience.
  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
