We are currently in search of a compassionate individual who has a passion for working with individuals who have been diagnosed with severe mental illness to work in our Southern Division's Residential Rehabilitation Program in Oxon Hill, MD. This individual would be assisting with coordination of client care and daily activities such as meal preparation, household chores, grooming, extra-curricular activities, medication monitoring and general oversight of clients in our residential homes. This position would be working in group homes with clients who have a variety of diagnosis and behavior disorders, but also have somatic care needs.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Counselor that will work E/O Saturday & Sunday 8pm-8am.

This position pays between $18.92/hr and $21.19/hr based on experience and education.

Qualifications:

Ability to drive a 15 passenger vans daily and possess and maintain, throughout employment, a valid driver's license.
Experience using an EHR to complete daily notes.

Bachelors' Degree or 3 years of experience working with those with mental illness.

Experience providing skills training to clients in either a residential or day program setting.

Similar positions in other companies: residential counselor, direct support professional, CNA, Health Home Aide, or caregiver.
