We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 15-20 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree (we prefer a master's degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the delivery of IT/IM services
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Management and coordination of a geographically dispersed staff
• Monitor project progress and ensure project teams meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that project communications are timely, accurate, and effective.
• Participate in regular progress meetings, providing details on
  • Monthly status reports
  • Monthly SLA metrics
  • Monthly Utilization reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably a master's degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of relevant work experience in IT program management.
• Active seret clearance is required at the time of hire
• Experience leading multiple desktop and server system migrations.
• Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) Configuration Management Control Accreditations

Preferred Qualification

• PMP or other project management (or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hiring)
