Job Description:

Data Engineering. This activity provides data engineering support across the NDU Enterprise. The Contactor shall:

• Diagnose existing architecture and data maturity; identify gaps and jointly enhance the data architecture with broader data team, while ensuring security and maintenance.
• Build data tools and products, to include data schemas, for effort automation and easy data accessibility.
• Work closely with Data Owners to ensure data quality and availability for analytical modelling.
• Gather requirements, assess gaps, and build roadmaps and architecture to help the leadership make informed decisions.
• Explore suitable options, designs, and create data lake/data warehouses for specific analytical solutions.
• Identify gaps and implements solution or data security, quality, and automation of processes.
• Support maintenance, bug fixing, and performance analysis along data pipeline.

Front-End Data Development. This activity provides data and analytics front-end development across the NDU Enterprise. The Contractor shall:

• Create applications, dashboards, reports, and other data visualization outputs according to requirements set by Feature Owners utilizing NDU provided business intelligence tools.
• Ensure code follows coding best practices and industry standards.
• Work closely with back-end developers to properly integrate Application Programing Interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with Feature Owners to iterate and develop design changes.
• Provide fully developed and implemented dashboards

Education and Certification:

BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of experience.
