Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking a motivated and proactive Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to collaborate with the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager in finalizing and executing stakeholder management plans for various projects. The Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with organizations and individuals who may serve as anchors and consortia members for regional events and interactions with NSF. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication skills, and the ability to contribute to strategic planning, project progress assessments, and market intelligence efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to develop and execute stakeholder management plans based on project requirements.
  • Research and identify organizations and individuals who may serve as anchor and consortia members for regional events and engagement with NSF.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Assist in the development of project strategies and plans related to stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to project progress assessments and reporting to track the success of stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Support administrative duties related to stakeholder engagement and project management tasks.
  • Multitask effectively, managing multiple tasks, communication efforts, and events at various stages simultaneously.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for efficient project coordination and communication.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts to optimize stakeholder engagement outcomes.
  • Stay informed about innovation and research and development (R&D) programs to enhance stakeholder engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, project management tasks, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in communications, political science, or equivalent education.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with proven effective communication skills for collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in innovation and research and development (R&D) programs is preferred.
  • Skills and experience in project management and reporting.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks, communication efforts, and events at various stages simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
