Oracle's Government Defense and Intelligence (GDI) Group is looking for a Director of Government Customer Onboarding to support all classified workloads in the Government Defense and Intelligence (GDI) space. At this level, you are a very senior leader responsible for shepherding government customers through the often complex processes involved in building and accrediting new cloud solutions. You will work with internal organizations Oracle-wide to shape new customer offerings, clarify and influence strategic requirements, and then define and drive new engineering and policy work essential to customer mission success. You will also frequently engage with senior leaders in intelligence communities, military organizations, and state and federal agencies to understand their priorities and enable forward progress.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Guide company-wide efforts to build and accredit government cloud solutions, and engage at the highest levels inside and outside Oracle to enable our government customers
Lead a senior team to help refine and focus overall Oracle government business strategy and priorities
Develop and continually improve process workflows to streamline government customer onboarding
Develop and continually improve robust status mechanisms to keep internal/external stakeholders aligned
Serve as a liaison across GDI and other divisions such as Finance, Sales, Business Development, Legal, and HR
Support evolving customer and operational needs by driving Oracle-wide engineering priorities and ensuring executive support
Regularly lead executive-level business updates, and help guide strategic decision making with objective data and KPIs

Qualifications:

Direct knowledge/experience with US government contract and system accreditation processes (RFP to ATO)
Exceptionally strong evidence of effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collect, organize, and present data and ideas using effective visual representations
Experience delivering non-routine and very complex projects, both individually and by leading others
8+ years of experience with large enterprise/cloud-level information technology, cyber security, and compliance

Preferred Skills:

Proven track record of effective executive communication and relationship management strongly preferred
Experience working closely on large-scale technical projects with military and intelligence community partners
Experience developing mechanisms to gather and report status for multi-disciplinary stakeholders at widely varied levels
Comfortable working in a frequently virtual environment with a geographically-distributed team

Hiring Range: from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
