The work:

The Compliance Lead must possess the knowledge and experience required to develop and manage an enterprise information security program. This role will be responsible for the management of the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Team and the Information System Continuous Monitoring Team (ISCM). The ISSO team members are the security subject matter experts for the system owners. This team develops and updates all Security Authorization documentation required to maintain the system's Authority to Operate; provides oversight and advisement on all proposed change requests; works with auditors to support assessment activities on an annual basis; conducts risk assessment on software targeted for introduction to the production environment; creates and manages Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and risk waivers; performs review of audit logs and scans; provides timely an detailed responses to data calls; continuously maintains a thorough understanding of all configurations.

Here's what you need:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or other related analytical, scientific, or technical disciplines
  • 7 years of experience in IT security, including Assessment & Authorization (A&A) and/or IT security risk analysis/advice
  • 2 years of experience with supporting cloud systems, preferably in support of the FedRAMP
  • Knowledge of Federal government A&A practices and policies, particularly FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST SP 800-53
  • Experience with information assurance tools required
  • Proficient in communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Bonus points if you have:

  • DOD 8570.01 IAM level III Certifications: CISM, CISA OR CISSP (Security+ may be acceptable based on experience)

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and???

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $111,400 - $208,300

Colorado: $111,400 - $179,800

New York City: $129,100 - $208,300

Washington: $118,700 - $191,600
