We are always looking for Intelligence experts to help solve our customer's needs; we have an immediate opportunity for a CFIUS All-Source Intelligence Analyst to work on high priority subjects related to foreign targeting of US naval and maritime technologies.

Description

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) is the interagency body charged with reviewing and making national security-based recommendations to the President regarding whether to allow foreign investments in US companies. The CFIUS All-Source Analyst will identify and analyze specific dual-use and military-restricted technologies that foreign adversaries are seeking to further their naval modernization efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in reviewing and assessing CFIUS applications to identify potential threats to US National Security and prevent adversaries from acquiring sensitive technologies. Specific responsibilities will include:

    Reviewing foreign transactions to assess their effect on national security and protect Department of Defense (DoD) assets and critical infrastructure
  • Providing insight on the foreign investment feasibility and potential business plan of a project and reviewing transaction documents
  • Ability to see patterns and anomalies in large amounts of information, conduct literary searches, and synthesize information to inform and advise leadership
  • Analyzing data and coordinating with Fleet and system commands to develop draft Navy positions regarding CFIUS cases of concern
  • Attending and facilitating meetings (including classified), preparing agendas, tracking action items, and distributing minutes

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience as an all-source intelligence specialist or research Analyst
  • Proficiency in database and search tools, intelligence community standards, research and writing, security and classification standards and guidelines
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in effective communications (writing, speaking, briefing)

HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Knowledge in export controls and or technology transfer
  • Knowledge or experience in HUMINT
  • Knowledge or experience in Counterintelligence
  • Experience in supporting law enforcement
  • Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) knowledge or experience

Security Clearance

This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartment Information (TS/SCI). Due to the nature of this work, we are unable to consider applicants who do not hold this level of clearance.
