Hughes has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level ECAD Engineer. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Create circuit board layouts and routing solutions for Satellite Modem electronics

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of circuit design and schematic capture
• Familiarity with High-Speed Circuit design techniques
• Understanding of Return path, power distribution, grounding, and signal integrity.
• Experience using ECAD tools to design circuit boards

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
