Our newly expanded state-of-the-art facility has three separate processing areas devoted to cutting the freshest quality meat, seafood, and poultry to your exact specifications. Although Metropolitan specializes in center-of-the-plate products, we feature a wide variety of specialty and imported items dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers.

Our entire facility is both USDA inspected and HACCP certified. Metropolitan has implemented a quality control system to assure you receive the safest, highest quality products, delivered by our fleet of 55 company owned and maintained refrigerated trucks.
