Responsibilities: * Produce engaging content for all platforms * Use social media and other tools to understand the audience's needs * Demonstrate a desire to learn as much as possible about a career in media * Assist as needed in the newsroom Requirements: * Degree-seeking student currently enrolled at a college or university; preference is for juniors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher who will be rising seniors during their internship * Passion for storytelling * Strong writing and social media skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment NOTE: TEGNA does not guarantee full-time, permanent employment upon completion of the internship program.
